By this application, applicant has sought condonation of delay of 36 days in challenging the impugned order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Nagpur in Claim Petition No. 1478/2005. Considering that the delay is not inordinate and also considering the reasons stated in para Nos. 3 and 4, the delay is condoned.
