By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation and modification of the condition that was imposed while deciding the Criminal Application (BA) No. 290 of 2023. Considering the nature of the offence and to secure the presence of the applicant for investigation purpose, the condition was imposed that applicant shall attend the Police Station, Ranapratap Nagar, Nagpur (City) once in a month on first of every month and shall not leave the jurisdiction of Nagpur District without prior permission of the Court.

Now, the investigation is already completed, and chargesheet is already filed. Considering the applicant is a resident of Chandrapur, the said condition is modified to the extent that the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of Chandrapur District without prior permission of the Court. 3.

Criminal Application (APPA) No. 2141 of 2024 is disposed of.
