The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.204/2024 registered at Police Station Janephal, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 120-B, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a second anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant on the ground that his wife is suffering from kidney failure and her both kidneys are damaged. Only on sympathetic ground he may be protected.

The application is listed for the first time. The applicant has filed this application after filing of the charge-sheet. Only on the medical ground of her wife, he has filed this application. The offences under Sections 364, 365, 120-B, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code are registered.

Though the charge-sheet is filed, the other co-accused are already arrested. Considering the gravity of the offence, the custodial interrogation of this applicant is necessary. Hence, the application is rejected.
