It is not in dispute that the charge-sheet is filed. 2] In this view of the matter, it would be appropriate if the appellants appeared before the trial Court and seek regular bail.

3] The interim order dated 31.10.2018 shall continue to operate for a period of one week to enable the appellants to do the needful. The appeal is disposed of. 4] Since the charge-sheet is filed the learned trial Court shall decide the application for regular bail on the date the application is preferred.
