This is a contempt petition filed for noncompliance of consent decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 297 of 2015 by the Decree Holder.

After filing of this Contempt Petition, the Judgment Debtor has vacated the suit premises and complied with the terms of the decree.

The Decree Holder has withdrawn the execution proceeding. She is present before the Court. She admits the receipt of possession of the suit premises and she does not want to prosecute this contempt petition. It is disposed of for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
