This matter was heard for some time in the first session. The learned AGP sought time to take instructions. 2.

In the second session, when the matter was called out, the learned AGP submits that he has received a communication from Sub-Divisional Registrar, Class-2, Nagpur City No. 2, dated 15.1.2020 by which the documents which the petitioner desire as mentioned in the last two lines of his application under the Right to Information Act, on the page 20 of the petition paper book, are kept ready. The petitioner was informed that he should collect the said documents by paying the requisite fees. Rs. 5/- per page is charged for certified copies of the said documents.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would approach the Joint Sub-Divisional Registrar Class 2 at Nagpur within ten days and shall deposit the amount @ Rs. 5/- per page and collect the documents. 5.
