This is an application for grant of permission to amend the memo of appeal by adding ground Nos.26-A, 26-B, 26-C and 26-D.

By way of this application, the appellant wants to raise some additional grounds in the memo of appeal.

As per law, the appellant with permission of the Court may raise additional ground by way of amendment or by way of oral argument during hearing.

In this view of the matter, the instant application is allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.

Amended copy be supplied to the other side within a period of one week thereafter.
