Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

It is contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that certain irregularities are committed by the bank while disbursing the loan. He has therefore, invited our attention to page 31 of the petition which is a representation dated 16.7.2025, addressed to the Enforcement Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai, which according to him, yet not decided. 3.

Since the aforesaid representation is not decided, we dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide said representation after granting an opportunity of hearing to respondent bank, within twelve weeks from today.
