Since the issue is not yet determined, we direct the respondentUniversity to treat the copy of petition as representation and decide it within a period of six weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the petition along with the copy of order passed today before the respondent-University within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
