While admitting the appeal, this Court granted stay to the execution of the award subject to depositing 75% of the decretal amount. That amount was accordingly deposited. On 14.07.2018, the appeal was withdrawn before the National LokAdalat. In that view of the matter, the claimant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount lying in deposit. Further time of eight weeks is granted to deposit the remaining 25% amount with interest in this Court. On such deposit, the claimant would be at liberty to withdraw the same. Civil application stands disposed of.
