Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is falsely involved in the crime while transporting illicit liquor.

From the perusal of report, it is clear that the person carrying the liquor has stated before the police that the liquor worth Rs.90,000/- was handed over by the present applicant. Moreover, offence punishable under Section 65 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act is antisocial offence and there is complete bar in Chandrapur district. The applicant has handed over the possession of liquor near Warora within the jurisdiction of Chandrapur district.

Hence, the application is rejected.
