This is an application filed by the applicants - respondents for withdrawal of the entire decreetal compensation amount deposited by the appellant - State. It is stated that First Appeal no. 775 of 2006 was decided and dismissed by this Court on 07.02.2019 and hence the respondents are entitled to withdraw the decreetal amount.

In this view of the matter, civil application is allowed and disposed of. Applicants - respondents are permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount with accrued interest, if any.
