Learned advocate for applicant submits that the applicant may kindly be allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,98,751/- along with interest accrued thereon in favour of applicant no.1 Smt. Godibai wd/o Namdeo Chavhan, the power of attorney holder of the applicant nos.2 to 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
