DATED : 20-08-2025 Civil Application No.3786/2024 The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant, for which, learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection for the withdrawal of 50% amount along with interest on their furnishing a usual undertaking to the Court.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is partly allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount deposited by the appellant, along with interest accrued thereon, on their furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit 50% amount, along with accrued interest thereon as per the award, to the bank account of the respective applicants within eight weeks on their furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the registry.
