A prayer is made to direct respondent no.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia to forward the proposal dated 15.09.2025 to respondent no.3 Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur.

Since the prayer is innocuous, we hereby allowed the petition and direct the respondent no.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia to forward the said proposal to respondent no.3 Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur and respondent no. 3 to decide the same within eight weeks from today, in accordance with law.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
