DATED : DECEMBER 16, 2019 Heard Mr. Rai, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Tembhare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for non applicant-State. Also perused the detailed reply filed on behalf of the prosecution as well as investigation papers placed before me for consideration.

After going through contents of the investigation papers and the reply, when the Court was about to dismiss the application for pre-arrest bail, Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the applicants submits that permission may be granted to him to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the application is withdrawn by the applicants, this Court is not giving detailed reasons for dismissal of the application.

Needless to mention interim order dated 04.12.2019 stands vacated.
