Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2] In this application for modification of the order by the applicant who was not party to Writ Petition No.2157/2018 that the Second Appeal No.608/2005 is pending before this Court and unless the same is adjudicated in respect of membership, the change reports cannot be decided. Obviously, any decision in the change reports shall be subject to the decision in Second Appeal No.608/2005. Hence, there is no need to modify the order passed by this Court. The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the matter within a period of three months.
