16th April, 2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 21st December, 2017, the respondent no.2 has taken necessary steps, as a result of which, the salary of the petitioner has now been released. It is stated that grievance made in the Civil Application in that regard does not survive.

It is, however, submitted that the petitioner desires to rely upon the documents filed along with reply to the said application.

Civil Application No. 2686 of 2017 stands disposed of as its purpose has been served. Parties are

free to rely upon the documents filed while considering that Civil Application.
