The application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the recitals of the FIR and the reply filed by the State. There are criminal antecedents as well as despite he was externed, he has not obeyed the order and therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
