WRIT PETITION NO.4517/2014 Issue notice of writ petition to respondent Nos.7, 9 and 17 returnable on 12th April, 2017. C.A.W. NOS.16/2017 and 18/2017 For the reasons stated in the applications, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.7 and 9 by publishing notice in the newspapers widely circulated at Pune (for respondent No.7) and Chandrapur (for respondent No.9). The petitioner shall follow up the matter with the Registry and take consequential steps in the matter within two weeks. Civil applications are allowed accordingly.
