The petitioner is already paid subsistence allowance as can be inferred from the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent - Management. The prayer of the petitioner for revoking the suspension does not warrant any consideration for the reason that the enquiry is likely to be concluded in near future and the petitioner is already paid suspension allowance. 4.
