Heard Shri F.T. Mirza, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri H.R. Dhumale, learned APP for the nonapplicant - State. While granting ad interim anticipatory bail on 30.10.2018, detailed reasons are recorded by this Court. From the perusal of FIR, it appears that one Javed Iqbal sold teak wood for consideration of Rs.1,25,000/- by forged hammer. The incident as per FIR is of the year 2015 and during that period, the applicant was not mentally fit. This fact is not disputed by the Investigating Officer. It is also observed by the trial Court in its order.

Hence, no custodial interrogation is required. Therefore, ad interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 30.10.2018 is hereby confirmed. The applicant shall visit the Police Station Deolapur once in a month i.e. preferably on Sunday till the filing of charge sheet. Criminal application is allowed accordingly.
