By this application, the applicant/respondent nos. 1 and 2/claimants sought correction in the name of claimants in the matter.

According to the applicant, while filing of the present appeal, there are some mistakes in recording the names of respondent nos. 1 and 2/claimants. However, for the purpose of withdrawal of amount they are facing problems.

The applicant to support their contention, has placed on record the copies of Aadhar Card and PAN Card of the claimants, which demonstrates their correct name. 5.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to correct the names of respondent No.1 and 2 in the present proceeding as mentioned in the body of the application.
