The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Malkapur vide letter dated 15/04/2023 is seeking extension of time by one year to dispose of the Regular Civil Suits, mentioned in the letter.

From the record it appears that the said suits were to be decided on or before 03/10/2020. This Court, time to time, extended the period, despite which the suits are not decided and again a request for extension of time by one year has been made.

Considering the time period lapsed and the extension granted by this Court from time to time, the learned trial Judge shall ensure that the direction issued by this Court to dispose of the suits is complied with within next six months.
