Though the prayer made in the application is opposed by the advocate for the respondent No.2-employee, for the reasons stated in the application and considering the nature of the proposed amendment, specially that by the proposed amendment the petitioner seeks to challenge the order passed by the Industrial Court on merits, the petitioner is permitted to amend the writ petition.
