DATE : 11/03/2024 By order dated 16/10/2023, the petitioner was granted last chance and final opportunity to take steps and also to remove office objections. Till date, the petitioner has not removed the office objections and there is no explanation given for that. The writ petition is already abated as far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, who expired in July, 2023. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections and not taking steps with regard to petitioner no.1.
