The learned counsel for the applicant submits that instead of amount 'Rs.2,06,961/- (Rs.Two Lacs Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty One only)', it should be 'Rs.1,56,961/-'. 3.

The learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company has no objection for such correction.

The amount mentioned in paragraph 2 and 3 in the order dated 06.09.2023 be corrected accordingly and the order be uploaded afresh.

The application is disposed of.
