This application has been made for correction in the cause title of the order dated 07.10.2024 in Writ Petition No.819/2023.

The contention is that Sarvangin Education Society, which is situated at Amravati but inadvertently in petition it is shown at "Yavatmal" instead of "Amravati". Consequently, in the order dated 07.10.2024, said typographical mistake has been occurred. 3.

We have gone through the record more particularly the impugned order/communication dated 11.08.2021 (page 34) issued by respondent no.1 reveals that the name of petitioner as "Sarvangin Education Society, Amravati". Therefore, we find substance in the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, permission to make correction with regard to replacing the word "Yavatmal" by "Amravati" in cause title as well as the solemn affirmation of the petition. The correction be carried out forthwith.

After making aforesaid corrections, in the cause title of the order dated 07.10.2025 word "Yavatmal" be substituted by "Amravati". Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded thereafter.

The application stands disposed of.
