The learned Official Liquidator is seeking permission to pay the Audit Fees of Rs.26,091/- to Chartered Accountant M/s. C.V. Paturkar & Co., from the common pool fund.

Prayer clauses read thus:

A) That the Official Liquidator most respectfully prayed that he may be permitted to pay the Audit Fees of Rs.26,091/- as per Rule 304 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 as stated in para No. 7 herein above to Chartered Accountant M/s. C.V. Paturkar & Co. towards conducting the audit of Common Pool Fund for the period 01st April-2917 to 31st March2018 and also be permitted for payment of audit fees as per Rule 304 of Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 for subsequent year out of credit of Common Pool Fund Account.

B) For such other and furthers order as this
