Before parting with this order, we would like to observe that on 19.12.2019, this Court (Coram : Z. A. Haq & M. G. Giratkar, JJ.) has handed over custody of minor child - Dhanpreet Kaur to respondent nos. 1 and 2. In the order dated 19.12.2019, it was further observed that disputed questions are there in the petition regarding legality of adoption and the said was left to be decided either by Civil Court or by the Family Court, if the petitioner approaches before such a Court. If such an application is moved either before the Civil Court or the Family Court, it is expected of such a Court that it shall not get influenced by any

crwp1055.19.odt of the observations made in the order dated 19.12.2019. Again it is mentioned here that custody of the minor shall be with the respondent nos. 1 and 2 till disputes are decided finally by the competent Court.
