By preferring this appeal, appellant has challenged the order of bail application, which was rejected by the Special Judge, Wardha.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent and perused the investigation papers, considering the small victim girl is subjected for sexual harassment by the applicant. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
