DATED : DECEMBER 21, 2018 Heard Ms. Jaipurkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicant/respondent no.3, and Shri Sudame, learned Counsel for petitioner.

This application is filed by respondent no.3 for extension of time by four months to comply with order dated 11/1/2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3257/2002 whereby applicant Caste Scrutiny Committee was directed to pass appropriate orders after re-considering the claim of petitioner within a period of six months from the date of appearance of petitioner and petitioner was directed to appear before Caste Scrutiny Committee on 12/2/2018 for the said purpose.

Shri Sudame, learned Counsel for petitioner, submits that period of six months expired on 11/7/2018 and in spite of same, orders are awaited.

2112caw2835.18 2/2 Pleader submits that there was delay on the part of petitioner in appearing before the Caste Scrutiny Committee and the process is going on.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Time to pass appropriate orders is extended for a period of four months from today.
