Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant submitted that inadvertently misstatement was made in this Court about depositing the entire amount of compensation, which has been reflected in the order dated 12/02/2019.

It is submitted that the applicant/appellant has deposited Rs.8,37,457/- before the reference Court which is principal amount. Further, he prayed that the applicant/appellant be permitted to deposit the remaining amount within a period of six weeks in this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
