This petition takes exception to the order dated 30.11.2024 passed by respondent No.3 - Collector, Nagpur.

By the order impugned, respondent No.3 has suspended the FL-3 License of the petitioner for alleged violation of license conditions and relevant rules. The petitioner is also called upon to show cause as to why the license should not be cancelled. 3.

Admittedly the petitioner has already filed a reply to the show cause notice. In that view of the matter, instead of entertaining this petition it Prity

Respondent No.3 shall pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is disposed of.
