Shri Nitin Jachak, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that though the petitioner no.2 has successfully completed the tenure of three years as a Sevak-Peon and the services of the petitioner no.2 as such, were duly approved, the respondent no.2 is not considering the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2 as a regular Peon. Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition, with a direction against the respondent no.2 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the absorption of the petitioner no.2 as a regular Peon, within six weeks.

Order accordingly. No costs.
