This is an application for grant of bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh application, after receipt of Chemical Analyser's Report.

Permission to withdraw the application is granted with liberty to file a fresh application after receipt of Chemical Analyser's report.
