At the outset, the applicant has pointed out that the grounds raised in the present amendment application were raised by him in the review application. The amendment in the said review application was then allowed by the order of this Court dated 10.01.2024.

The review application was thereafter allowed by this Court on merit by order dated 03.10.2024. However, the amendment which he has sought in the review application is not part of the present appeal. Hence, he has moved again the application for amendment on the same grounds in the present First Appeal.

In the background of above said factual position and more importantly, the amendment application being allowed earlier by this Court in the review application, the present application stands allowed.
