After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays for grant of liberty to file fresh application, in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial, in near future. 2.
The charge is already framed and the case is fixed for receiving the Muddemal.

The learned APP is requested to direct the investigating officer to make appropriate steps to submit the Muddemal before the learned trial Court.

The learned trial Court shall expedite the trial. The applicant is at liberty to file the application, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
