By this application, the petitioners seek leave to amend the petition for bringing on record subsequent events relating to termination of their services and to raise challenge to the termination order.

Learned AGP makes a statement that the Para No.7 is modified as per the Court's order dated 19.01.2024.

It is brought to my notice that learned Single Judge (Vacation Court) at Aurangabad has by way of ad interim relief stayed the termination order of the petitioners in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.36540/2023 and other group matters, who are stated to be similarly placed. Considering the said fact, termination order is stayed till the next date of hearing.
