DATED : DECEMBER 05, 2019 At the outset Mr. Tathod, learned counsel for the applicant submits that present application is wrongly filed, instead of filing of appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short the "Atrocities Act"). Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file appeal under Section 14-A of the Atrocities Act.

Permission is granted with liberty to file appeal under Section 14-A of the Atrocities Act.

It is made clear that this application is not heard on its own merits by this Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
