DATE : November 18, 2021 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds raised in the review application. It is found that the grounds now sought to be urged in the review application were neither raised in the writ petition nor were argued when the said writ petition was decided. In that view of the matter, in absence of any error apparent on the face of record, I am not inclined to exercise review jurisdiction. The applications are therefore rejected.
