By order dated 10.02.2023, this Court has directed the respondent No.1 to consider the entitlement of the petitioners to regularization in service and to take decision on the representation dated 22.09.2021 within a period of eight weeks.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that due to procedural and administrative steps required to be taken by different officers at various stages, the decision could not be taken within the stipulated period of eight weeks.
