This statement is not disputed by Ms. Sakshi Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, considering which the entire arrears of

The petitioner has also suffered imprisonment from 19.11.2019 till 14.12.2019, the day he was released on bail in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 12.12.2019, considering which the impugned order dated 19.11.2019 is modified to the period of imprisonment already undergone by the petitioner. 3] Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
