This matter was heard for some time.

Since, while hearing the extensive submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, I find that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 can be mulled with an additional cost over and above the amount of Rs. 3,000/- sanctioned by the trial Court, the learned Advocate for the three respondents volunteered to pay additional cost of Rs. 3,000/-.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition and the amount be donated to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall deposit an amount of Rs. 3,000/- with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur, on or before 17.1.2020.
