This is an application for permission to withdraw amount of compensation deposited before this Court.

The application is objected by the insurance company on the ground that claim itself is not maintainable against the insurance company.

Be that as it may, in my opinion, once there is an adjudication in the right of parties by the Tribunal and since present appeal is admitted, it would be appropriate to permit claimants to withdraw amount to the extent of 75% deposited before this .....2/-

The application stands allowed and disposed of in above terms.

First Appeal No.634 of 2016 Heard.
