In this appeal, by an order dated 15.02.2018, this Court had remitted the matter back to the trial Court with a direction to re-try the appellant from the stage of charge in accordance with law and with a further direction that the trial of the appellant shall be completed within three months.

A letter has been received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur seeking extension of time of three months for completion of trial of the appellant. For the reasons stated in the letter, the request is granted and the aforesaid Court is granted further time of three months from today to complete the trial of the appellant. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Court, immediately.
