DATED : JULY 5 , 2017 By the present application, the applicants are challenging the order of the learned 2nd J.M.F.C.,Chandrapur dated 11/11/2014 in S.C.C.No.253/2011 of issuance of process against them.

Learned counsel for applicant Shri S.V.Sirpurkar submits that he wish to avail alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision before the revisional Court. I see no reason to deny the said opportunity to the applicants. Hence, at the request of the learned counsel for the applicants the present application is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the applicants to file revision before the revisional Court. If the revision is filed within 4 weeks from today and if it is accompanied with the application for condonation of delay the learned revisional Court should consider the said application for condonation of delay sympathetically.

apl 881.16.odt Interim order is operating in the present application since 24/1/2017. The said interim order dated 24/1/2017 to continue for a period of next 5 weeks. After expiry of the 5 weeks from today interim order will cease to operate.
