Heard Mr. Patre, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Damle, learned A.G.P. for non applicant-State. 2.

An appeal was preferred by the applicant before this Court challenging the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha dated 23.10.2015 in Land Acquisition Case No.1733/2004. The said appeal was barred by limitation and therefore an application for condonation of delay was also filed. 3.

The appeal as well as the application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal was dismissed in view of order passed by the learned Registrar on 07.06.2016. 4.

The application for restoration is filed, however, there is a delay in moving the said application and therefore the present application for condonation of delay is filed.

The applications for restoration of appeal and condonation of delay are duly affirmed by Mr. V. N. Patre, Advocate. For the reasons stated in the applications, both the applications are allowed.
