After arguing for sometime, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with request that the Sessions Court be directed to conclude the trial within 3 months. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Sessions Court shall conclude the trial till 30th September, 2017. If the trial is not concluded till 30th September, 2017, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application.
