It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with passage time the Officers named in the civil application are transferred. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present civil application with liberty to file a fresh application. The civil application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application. The civil application is disposed of.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.62/2019 Since the petitioner had filed Civil Application (N) No.11/2020 on 04.12.2019 furnishing the address of the respondent no.1, it is clear that the steps in that regard were taken prior to 11.12.2019 when the Registrar (Judicial) proceeded to dismiss the contempt petition against the respondent no.1. In view thereof, the proceedings are restored against the respondent no.1.

Time of three weeks is granted to the petitioner to take further steps.

Stand over to 13.03.2020.
